That will not be possible; however, Ray Ray Care Relief will provide the care assistant’s details and introductory video beforehand so the client can familiarize themselves with the assistant. Moreover, if the client deems the assistant unsuitable, we will provide other options.
All our careers are DBS checked and we are currently moving to a system whereby we are advised if they commit any offences once they have started with us.
Our care team can provide support to your loved one following discharge from the hospital after an operation or illness. We can even help with things such as a lift home, stocking the fridge, and preparing a meal to settle you back into your home.
We schedule our work weekly and so it is helpful if you can let us know the week before, but there is no formal notice period.
We use electronic monitoring to log both the start and end of each visit. In this way we can be sure that our clients are not only getting what they pay for, but that our careers are safe and on time. In the unlikely event of them being delayed this also means that we can be proactive in putting a solution in place.
We work hard to ensure our careers are well matched to each of our clients, but sometimes things do not work out. We encourage customers to let us know as soon as possible if they are not happy with the carer and why, so that we can discuss matters with the carer or arrange for an alternative carer.
