General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) Rayray Care Relief has carefully prepared plans and procedures contained within various policy documents including data protection, GDPR specific and business continuity allow for seamless continuation of service at times of disruption and ensure confidentiality of patient data at all times. We regularly review the length of periods of disruption for tolerability and relevant recovery times.

Our policies, procedures and staff training practice uphold service users’ rights. Consent forms that we use give specific, informed, and unambiguous indication of their wishes by which they, by a statement or by a clear affirmative action, signifies agreement to the processing of personal data relating to them and this is available for scrutiny/inspection by relevant commissioning authorities at any time. No data we collect goes outside the United Kingdom.

We will be able to provide a level of information security assurance for both Council Information and personal data/sensitive personal data which is compliant with current data protection legislation and information security best practice.
